About O3 Strength

Welcome to o3 strength!

At O3 Strength, we’re focused on helping every athlete reach their full potential. Our approach combines the energy of a class environment with the personal attention needed to achieve individual goals, creating a balanced, holistic training experience that delivers real results.

We offer two types of group classes:

1. O3 Strength Classes (16 & over). At O3 Strength, our training is built on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Every workout is rooted in movements that mirror real life, the same patterns used in gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. These are the foundational movements of life, moving the largest loads across the longest distances in the shortest time.We focus on measurable results. Intensity is key, defined as work divided by time. The more work you do in less time, the greater your power output and overall progress. By combining functional movements, variety, and controlled intensity, we create a training experience that delivers consistent, observable results.Our goal is to build well rounded fitness that prepares you for anything, the known and the unknown. The program is universally scalable, which means every athlete, regardless of experience, can train safely and effectively. Our coaches modify movements and loads as needed, ensuring every session challenges you while maintaining proper form and safety.Every workout builds on the last, designed with progression and purpose. At O3 Strength, our specialty is not specializing. It is building complete, capable athletes ready for whatever life brings.

2. TEEN Strength & Conditioning Classes (Under 16). Our youth classes are designed to build strong, confident, and well-rounded athletes. Every session focuses on developing proper movement patterns, coordination, and strength that translate to every sport and everyday life.

We teach young athletes how to move safely and efficiently while building a foundation for long-term athletic success. Each class combines speed, agility, balance, and strength training with a focus on effort, discipline, and fun.

Our coaches work closely with every athlete to ensure proper technique and progression. Classes are intentionally kept small to provide personal attention and accountability. Whether your child is competing at a high level or just starting out, our goal is to help them gain confidence, prevent injury, and build lifelong habits that support health and performance.

At O3 Strength, we don’t just train athletes we help shape the mindset, work ethic, and resilience that will carry them through sports and beyond.

Meet Our team

Jonathan Kronberg

Jonathan Kronberg has spent the past decade coaching athletes around the world. He founded O3 Sports and O3 Strength out of a passion for helping both youth and adult athletes accomplish what once felt impossible. Whether it’s making a team or getting their first pull up, the moment an athlete realizes what they are capable of is what drives him every day.

After high school, Jonathan joined the United States Coast Guard with the goal of becoming a rescue swimmer. Following his service, he returned home to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he earned a Business Degree in Computer Information Systems while launching two successful businesses.

Today, his focus remains on creating an environment where athletes of all ages can build confidence, push limits, and achieve lasting results-- both in sports and in life.

Steve Koski

Steve Koski our Director of O3 Strength and holds a dual Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition and Sports Performance Training. Steve began his career serving as a medic in The United States Air Force. Following his service he earned a degree from The University of Michigan in Movement Science.  

For the past decade he has worked worldwide as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and CrossFit coach.

Noah Cunningham

Noah Cunningham is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential through training. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Siena Heights University, where he built a strong foundation in human performance and athletic development. Designing programs that improve strength, speed, and power through principles of sports science
